Chris Brown's mother who is also his career manager is not afraid to say what she is really feeling in her Tweets on Twitter.  Joyce Hawkins really shocked everyone when she tweeted a disrespectful tweet after the death of Michael Jackson.

After Rihanna's interview on Sunday night Joyce Hawkins posted a new Tweet.
